2. Programs and Enrollment
APLMED Academy provides healthcare training programs, educational services,
registration processing, class scheduling, payment processing, and student support.
Submitting an enrollment form does not guarantee acceptance unless all required
documents, payments, eligibility requirements, and administrative approvals are completed.
APLMED Academy may update program schedules, class dates, clinical requirements,
fees, and policies when necessary.
3. Payments, Fees, and Deposits
Students are responsible for paying all applicable tuition, registration fees,
deposits, and other charges described during registration or enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and registration fees may be
non-refundable. Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to additional fees.
Student accounts may be required to have a zero balance before continuing to certain
portions of a program, including clinical training, where applicable.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information, completing
required documents, following program policies, meeting attendance requirements,
and complying with classroom, lab, clinical, and safety rules.
APLMED Academy may contact students regarding registration, documents, payments,
class updates, schedules, deadlines, and other service-related matters.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from
APLMED Academy, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your selected
communication preferences.
APLMED Academy may send service-related SMS messages, including messages about
registration, missing documents, payment reminders, class updates, schedules,
and important dates.
If you separately opt in to marketing messages, APLMED Academy may send occasional
promotional or marketing SMS messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of
registration, enrollment, purchase, or use of our services.
