Administrator/Manager Training Payment Test


Read the instructions carefully before filling out the form!

 

  1. Don’t register, if you are not ready to pay! Once payment has been made a refund is not available!
  2. If you are an employer paying for your employee please list that employee’s name in the shipping information when making payment to avoid delays with account access.
  3. Fill out the registration form.
  4. Make sure you spell your first and last name right (“John Do” not “jonh do”) because it will be used for the certificate automatically!
  5. After click “submit”, you will be redirected to the payment page Price is here.
  6. You will get access to your account and materials immediately after submitting this application, which you will be informed about by email. If you didn’t receive an email try logging in using your username and password.   7. Participate in the study materials and skill’s guide.
  8. After completion, you will be instructed to take a test
  9. After completion of the test please click “Submit”(Pls, click just only one-time!!!).
  10. You must receive a 70% or higher to pass!
  11. After you pass the test you could download the Certificate right the way. Also, it will be emailed to you.
  12. I agree) If a student does not pass the test, there is a $25.00 retest fee.
  13. The client understands they have 2 weeks (14 days) to complete the course materials and testing, at day 15 account access will be closed. If you have not completed the training within the 14 days, all monies paid will be forfeited, thus you will need to re-register and pay again.
